Love it or hate it, Oops! Mysterious Sounds (สืบเสียงปริศนา.. อุ๊ย! เสียงหัวใจเธอดังกว่า) is a BL I can't get enough of. The Thai BL officially premiered on September 18, 2026! Podduang (PK Patarachai Kimanonth) is a sports science student who panics when he realizes that his crush on his straight friend is becoming obvious. To cover it up, he blurts out a lie, claiming that he has feelings for his arrogant but handsome competitor, Jinna (Namna Thanthai Boekprakhon).
Things get even crazier when a pair of used earbuds suddenly starts playing mysterious supernatural messages after their acquaintance Anda (Paul Punyaphat Punyatham) dies under unexplained circumstances. Pretending to date, Podduang and Jinna are forced to work together as an unlikely detective duo to unravel the murder mystery while trying to deal with their growing feelings for each other. This BL has everything you could want from a supernatural college romance, but honestly, it's the witty banter that makes it so much fun!
Episode 1 starts with straight-up comedy before turning into a supernatural mystery. Watching Podduang blurt out that he likes Jinna just to save face had me screaming at my screen! Jinna is seriously arrogant, and his sneering expression when he forces Podduang to go along with their fake relationship is perfection. The turn from silly fake romance to a murder mystery in Episode 2 happens quickly, but I still got chills when I heard Anda's voice coming through those used earbuds!
The chemistry between the two protagonists is all over the show. I really enjoy the way Jinna treats everyone so casually, while always finding some excuse to get Podduang to come closer. The transition from fake dating to a murder investigation is a little rushed, but that's just the way it goes. Thankfully, the creepy sound effects during the earbud scenes in Episode 2 more than make up for it! The suspense, jump scares, and little moments that made my heart flutter keep the story moving.
At the climax of Episode 2, Podduang and Jinna both put on the earbuds and discover that they can hear the same ghostly voice. A mysterious voice tells them that their friend Anda, who has died, is warning them that a killer is still somewhere on campus. This revelation instantly brings the two rivals together and turns their fake romance into a much more serious partnership as they realize their lives are now in danger!
Oops! Mysterious Sounds Episodes 1-2 Verdict

I've watched Episodes 1 and 2, and I'm already caught up in this spooky mystery. The fake-dating idea combined with the supernatural murder investigation is such a fresh, fun, and addictive concept. PK Patarachai Kimanonth does a great job capturing Podduang's nervousness, while Namna Thanthai Boekprakhon brings an effortless charm to Jinna.
My only complaint is the change in tone. The show goes from college goofiness to a murder mystery in just a few minutes. The scary moments would hit harder if the transition were a little smoother! The chemistry between the leads is undeniable, though, so this is only a small issue for me. Whenever our beloved Podduang gets into trouble, the show never fails to grab my attention, and seeing Jinna step in to help him is no exception! I can't wait to see how they follow the next set of clues with those haunted earbuds in the upcoming episodes.

I highly recommend Oops! Mysterious Sounds to anyone who loves enemies-to-lovers, fake dating, creepy supernatural mysteries, and great chemistry between the leads!
